
STEP 1 - Schedule An Appointment

STEP 2 - Provide the following information:
- Shipping Location
- Order Number
- Trucking Company Name
- Trailer license Number
- Call Back Number
If any of the truck information is missing, we will still grant appointment times if available; however, we will require that this information is provided prior to loading.
We can only make appointments for orders that are scheduled for the same day shipping or previous shipping date.
If you would like to load your truck earlier than your assigned appointment time, you need to call the appointment line and see if there are other openings. Do not send your truck to the facility to try and change your appointment.
It is the trucking company’s responsibility to reschedule missed appointments. If you have not rescheduled your appointment time, you will not be given loading priority. Trucks that don’t have an appointment or missed their scheduled appointments will be loaded when possible.
Late Arrivals:
Trucks arriving an hour after their appointment time will be considered late.
We will make every attempt to load late arriving trucks; however, in some cases we may have to reschedule or hold them until the end of the night. Again, please try to reschedule your appointment if you are going to be late.
